Exploring, Mixing & Discovering Together at Bear Creek Daycare & OSC

At Bear Creek Daycare & OSC, we believe children learn best when they are actively involved, curious, and having fun. Our recent Exploring, Mixing & Discovering Together activity gave children a wonderful opportunity to use their imagination, explore new materials, and learn through hands-on play.

This fun activity encouraged children to mix, create, touch, observe, and discover while working together with their friends. It was a joyful experience filled with creativity, learning, teamwork, and smiles.

Learning Through Hands-On Play

Hands-on activities are an important part of early childhood learning. When children use their hands to explore materials, they develop confidence, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.

During this activity, children explored colours, textures, shapes, and movement while using different tools and craft materials. These simple but meaningful experiences help children understand the world around them in a natural and exciting way.

Building Creativity and Imagination

Creative play allows children to express their ideas freely. Whether they are mixing materials, making patterns, creating shapes, or discovering something new, every child gets a chance to use their imagination.

Supporting Fine Motor Skills
